Hello! My name is Melanie and I am the Managing Director to this extraordinary company 'Things for Pets'. I apparently have the monstrous job both the revenue and cost element of the company and I am supposed to oversee the company's marketing and sales functions....And what's this? I also have to manage the day-to-day operations of the business? .... It is just as well I have a fantastic team to help!... Let me introduce some of them to you.....

 | Pamella - Sales & Customer Relationship Manager Pammy is our sales and customer relationship manager. I haven't actually seen her for a while, so I am hoping she is on the road visiting everyone ...hummmm...I had better check that one! Full of beans and full of smiles and she comes with gifts and ?special promotions' so if you see her, ask her for the latest special offered as we have some good ones!

 | Larnie - Office Manager
Larnie our office manager is in charge of the office and any tricky computer stuff plus two hundred million other things. If you call our office, then you are more than likely to talk to Larnie. Larnie will be with the company for the rest of her life, well, that’s what she told me in her interview...just as well really as she is super quick at everything she does!

 | Graeme - Research & Development Graeme (when he turns up for work because he's not off globe-trotting) dabbles in Research & Development for our future products. He is also the worst tea maker, so if you pop over for a cuppa, then don't ask Graeme to make it! (We think that he does this on purpose so he doesn't have to make any!) |
 | Carley - Marketing & Promotions Manager
Meet Carley...Carley is the Marketing & Promotions Manager and she is responsible for all the product marketing including promotional materials, catalogues, flyers, website design and maintenance. Without Carley, all our brochures and pictures would be in 'stickman' form, and if I had to draw them, then we would be in big trouble!

 | Murray - Factory & QC Manager This is Murray: Murray went into retirement for a few years but lucky for us, we managed to drag him out again! Phewwww!
Murray has been with the company for about 8 years and his role is to oversee all of the manufacturing activities, monitor production and ensures quality control and production targets are met. |
 | Tony - Production Manager
Tony has been with the company since it started all those years ago and we can’t get rid of him either! (I think it is because he has a great Managing Director..what do you think??!) Tony is the fastest cat pole maker in the world (my opinion) and he can make two to three poles more than anyone I have seen, so much so, he tells me he makes them in his sleep! So speed, quality and minimal waste, he is the star of our little show.
